Love Heals

KYMA, follows up her mantra single "I Love Myself," with this self care autobiography. She shares detailed stories of what it felt like to remember sexual abuse trauma after it was hidden from her well into her forties. This ebook shares her walk through the pain and shares the various lessons she learned along the way. The process of completing the book spanned over 7 years and it discusses the various areas of herself that she discovered needed her love and attention in order to come into more wholeness. KYMA believes that we are all Earth angels longing to break free from the pains of our past in order to live more heart centered lives. She hopes that this book begins to erase some of the false depictions of what self care looks like in order to help others recognize that they are not alone. "Self care unlocks a lot of pain that we have stored inside of ourselves", she says. It also unlocks an infinite amount of love and "Love Heals".
